The City of Pearland is a designated Music Friendly Texas Certified Community. Visit Pearland invites Pearland-area musicians, venues, and music industry professionals to apply for inclusion in the Pearland Music Friendly Directory, a resource aimed at connecting local musicians with venues, amplifying local live music offerings, and strengthening connections within the music community.
Approved listings may be featured on VisitPearland.com and shared with the public for community connection and access to opportunities.
Who should apply:
- Music industry professionals interested in sharing their information to connect with local musicians and music venues for opportunities in the Pearland music scene.
- Professional or emerging talent with a background in music.
- Musical talent who would like to share their information and be a part of the collective music industry community of Pearland.
- Music industry community members residing in or working in the City of Pearland, or surrounding areas.

- Music Genre(s) and area(s) of expertise
Submission details: This directory remains open year-round. Submissions are reviewed periodically by the Visit Pearland team. There is no application fee.

Visit Pearland invites artists working in all media to apply for inclusion in the Visit Pearland Artist Roster, a pre-qualified directory of artists considered for upcoming public art projects.
Approved artists may be featured on VisitPearland.com and shared with potential sponsors as part of the PearScape Trail, Pear Blossoms, mural, and temporary art programs.
Who should apply:
- Artists interested in public art commissions, collaborations, and sponsor partnerships.
- Professional or emerging artists with experience creating durable, outdoor-ready work.
- Artists residing in the Greater Houston area or nearby regions (Pearland residency not required).
- Artists who would like to share their information and be a part of the collective art community of Pearland.
What to include:
- Artist bio or statement (up to 250 words)
- 3–5 images of recent representative works
- Resume or CV (optional)
- Indication of interest (PearScape, Blossom, mural, temporary, etc.)
